Marketing has never been simple. Yet recent technological advancements are
bringing new layers of complexity to the discipline with each passing day.
Concepts like Really Simple Syndication (RSS), blogs, wikis, podcasts and
software-as-a-service are now bandied about as the new "must haves" for
marketers because they open the door to more effective--and affordable--communication with customers, partners, investors, employees, etc. But do they
really present a wealth of opportunity? Or are they merely the next e-fads;
trendy concepts that consume precious marketing resources with little or no
ROI.
This Web seminar will examine these new trends through the eyes of marketing communications professionals. Attendees will learn which technologies offer the most promise and find out how to start applying them to their own marketing programs. Special guest Laurie McCabe, a Vice President with analyst firm AMI-Partners, will also explore the unique benefits software-as-a-service offers for marketing professionals and small to mid-sized organizations in particular.
