Corvent Opens London Office, Hires Vice President of Consulting

Corvent Expands International Operations and Adds Leadership of Bruno Giversen to the Consulting Team Roster

Portland, Ore. — May 10, 2006 — Corvent, LLC, a leading provider of unified communications consulting and deployment strategies, today announced it has hired Bruno Giversen to launch its London office. In addition to establishing Corvent’s international presence, Mr. Giversen will oversee Corvent’s unified communications and collaboration consulting business.

Bruno brings to Corvent significant experience of leading start-up companies to profitability throughout Europe and the United States. Prior to joining Corvent, Bruno was PlaceWare’s Vice President of European Business. Following PlaceWare’s acquisition by Microsoft, he was retained to drive Microsoft's European Live Meeting division. In addition, Bruno has managed major divisions of both Lotus/IBM and Microsoft.
