Registration and Reporting Tool

Corvent’s AMP technology offers attendee metrics and data capture functionality, fully integrated with today’s leading
web conferencing platforms

Portland, Ore. — April 3, 2006 — Corvent, LLC, a premier provider of web event services and registration tools, has introduced improved functionality in the Attendee Metrics Platformä, an application framework that supports data collection and exchange, as well as robust reporting capabilities. The enhancements mark a significant stride towards a completely self-administrable attendee metrics, data capture and registration system that seamlessly interoperates with leading web conferencing tools such as WebEx™, Microsoft® Live Meeting and Adobe’s Macromedia Breeze.

Registration Report
The AMP Registration Report provides detail on all registrants surrounding a particular event. This report lists all those who have registered for the event, when they registered, individualized survey results, attendance detail and non-attendance information.

 Attendance Report
The AMP Attendance Report offers a quick snap-shot of registrants who attended the event. This report lists attendants and when they logged into the event. Non-Attendance Report The AMP non-Attendance report delivers an easy way to view those who registered but did not attend the event.

Survey Report
The AMP Survey Report breaks out responses to surveys by individual, by survey. This report is a quick and convenient way to look at survey results by registrant, allowing the AMP user to derive qualified information about registrants at a glance.

Profile Report
The AMP Profile Report supplies information about each person who has created a profile on the system. This report lists all profiles, including all profile data captured during the registration process or when profiles are updated by the profile owner.

Connectivity Report
The AMP Connectivity Report delivers web conference platform specific connection information. This detailed report provides the total number of connections, when someone connected to the event and when they logged off.

Polling Report
The Polling Report provides an aggregate summary of poll results delivered through the web conferencing platform used for the event. Polling report results will vary by the web conferencing platform used.

Additional features scheduled to be released in conjunction with self-serve reports include:

Calendar View

• Conveniently displays multiple events on a calendar
• View by month or by the week
• Toggle between list view and calendar view

Remove Registration

• Allows event registrants to recall their registration and cancel the registration
• Excellent for event series if the same content is covered on multiple dates and times and the user has a scheduling conflict

Outlook Integration

• Allows the registrant to add an event directly to their Outlook calendar
• Provided as a link within the event registration process or send within the body of an email
